Maximum two papers / registered participant

The registration fees for the delegates have been adjusted based on the managing costs of the professional new online format.

- Delegate with paper publication - 350€ (maximum two papers)

- Webinar attendant (without paper and without right to participate into discussion) - 150€

We are keeping a compulsory fee for publication.

For those delegates who have not paid the registration yet, the final deadline is 14^th of September to guarantee on time publication.

Cancelation/Payment Refund

For those who have paid the registration fee before being updated to online format, the following options are available:

1) The difference between the fee paid and 350€ can be converted to register another delegate (without new paper and not registered before), or two webinar attendants;

2) The difference between the fee paid and 350€ can be returned.

Full refund (except 50€ for management costs) can be granted under exceptional circumstances, but should be arranged directly with the organizers before 14th September by e-mail to all co-chairs
